Legendary 1 -of- 1 type Art & Lyrics
Cashanova 220, born Robert William Merrill, is an entrepreneur at heart and a multifaceted creator. As a recording artist, he produces his music over a prison telephone, a constraint that gives his work its distinctive, raw and uncut personality. He is also an accomplished ghostwriter, having penned songs for a number of well-known artists whose names would be familiar to many listeners.
Beyond music, Cashanova is a prolific visual artist working in a wide range of prison art forms. He has compiled a book of prison art he is about to publish, and aspires to launch a merchandise line featuring his designs. His art transforms adversity into meaningful expression, offering perspectives the world deserves to see.
Committed to giving back to society, he contributes regularly to charitable causes and encourages others to do the same.
